You list as an advantage: "Can convert duplicate files into hard links." I agree with that. It is the main reason that I like Duplicate Cleaner more than other duplicate file finders that I have tried.
(In fact, before I started using Duplicate Cleaner, I didn't even know that hard links exist in Windows. I knew them only as a feature of Linux.)
But then you list as a disadvantage: "Cannot create hard links between volumes and network." There, I have to disagree.
That is NOT a limitation of Duplicate Cleaner. That is a limitation of how hard links actually work. In Windows, as in Linux, hard links work only within a single partition.
